Issues in the Church Today

The Spirit clearly says that in the later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. - 1 Timothy 4:1
This warning is clearly in play today and there are many such issues plaguing the Church which need an answer. This web page will try to give Scriptural answers to these questions. Topics will be added from time to time as the issues are confronted. Some of the issues are serious questions about our faith foundations, whereas some of them refer to questions which are somewhat open to interpretation. As for my answers to each, I will take the Bible at face-value, interpreting it to be literal unless the context clearly shows it to be otherwise, such as the parables.
