Blood Red
The Blood Red moon is caused by a Lunar eclipse and is relatively rare and even more rare when it occurs with such frequency and on Biblical Feast days. The following article was taken from Bill Koenig's Inside the White House news letter.
Mark Biltz, pastor of El Shaddai sent me a note saying that the four blood-red total lunar eclipses in 2014 and 2015 will fall on the first day of Passover and Sukkoth in both years. According to NASA there will be two "blood-red" total lunar eclipses in 2014 and two "blood-red" total lunar eclipses in 2015:http://sunearth.gsfc.nasa.gov/eclipse/LEcat/LEdecade2011.html
April 15, 2014 – Passover
Oct. 8, 2014 – Sukkoth – Feast of Tabernacles
April 4, 2015 – Passover
Sept. 28, 2015 – Sukkoth – Feast of TabernaclesThe eclipses are on the first day of both feasts. Both of these feasts are connected to the Jewish Messiah. Both are seven-days in length. And four “blood-red” moons this close together is very unusual.
If President Bush gets a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians this year, it will be 7 years to 2015. For students of Bible prophesy this is very interesting because it could bring into play Daniel's 7 year peace treaty (Daniel 9:27). It is also interesting that Passover begins the prophesy cycle that defines the end times and Sukkoth finishes it, marking the return of the Lord.
God often uses events in His creation to get our attention. Could this be such an event?
